Crunchie was initially launched in the UK back in the 1930s, offering an exciting new candy bar experience made with light honeycomb, wrapped in a delicious Cadbury milk chocolatey coating.  The Crunchie brand came to Canada in the mid 1960s and joined the Cadbury family of local gems.

  • In Canada, Candbyrt Canada has made the Crunchie candy bar thier own way. Today each Crunchie bar delivers a sweet taste thanks to crisp sponge toffee, covered in a delicious Cadbury milk chocolatey coating. As part of the Canadian Cadbury family, Crunchie is made at the Cadbury Gladstone Chocolate Factory in Toronto.
  • The Crunchie bar was originally launched by Fry's - a separate chocolate business most famous for its Frys Turkish Delight and Fry Cream which later merged with Cadbury.
