I was a huge fan of the Nabisco Bacon Thins, which have not been in production for several years. I was excited to find what I had hoped would be a replacement in the Christie Bacon Dippers. They have the same color, thickness, and crispiness as the old Nabisco brand. However, the bacon flavor just isn't there. If I was blindfolded and someone handed me one to taste then asked me for my opinion as to flavor, I would have said that it tasted like a thin Ritz cracker. Man, I wish someone, anyone, could come up with a decent bacon-flavored cracker! I would willingly pay twice what I paid for these if the bacon flavor was really there. If the taste had been there, I would have given these crackers 5 stars.
