some over-baked thins September 18, 2008

I have always purchased Stoned Wheat Thins, which my family and I enjoy very much. About 15% of the time, the crackers are overdone, giving them a slightly burnt taste - sometimes just on one side. I have often wished that was not the case when picking up our standard crackers. I hope that your quality control division will look into this. I have experienced the occurrence of this anomaly over the past three decades!
