Crosse & Blackwell Mincemeat pies and tarts are best served warm with French vanilla ice cream.

  • Add: Extra Raisins, Cinnamon Cloves (few), More Brandy (you decide amount)
  • Puff Pastry
  • Enclose mixture with Puff Pastry (store brand works fine)
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove and cut into 24 to 36 square - almost like cookies.
