Golden Temple Durum Atta Flour. This is the most popular atta of North America and is excellent for making Chappati, Paratha, Puri and Roti.                Made in Canada by Smucker Foods of Canada.

  • 1. Use 1/3 cup of lukewarm water for every cup of flour. Add a little more flour for stiffer dough and for softer dough, add a little more water.
  • 2. for smoother rolling, add a teaspoon of cooking oil
  • 3. Knead well for good results
  • 4. Leave dough covered for at least 10 minutes before rolling
  • 5. Mixed dough may be stored in an air-right container for later use. Keep in refrigerator and use within 3 days.
  • 6. Chaptti or Puri wrapped in foil can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 day, just heat and serve.
