Features

- Newfoundland Cheese Biscuits
- 1 container Maclaren's Imperial Cheese (in the red tub)
- 1/2 lb margarine (I find "I can't believe it's not butter" best)
- 1 1/2 cups flour (Robin Hood or Five Roses recommended)
- 1/2 tsp+ to taste of cayenne
- 1/2 tsp+ to taste of worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups rice krispies or store brand rice flake cereal
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Combine all the ingredients. Perhaps mix the cheese with the margarine in a food processor, then add the rest and process again except for the rice krispies - stir in by hand.
- Place heaping teaspoonsful of batter on cookie board, lightly greased.
- Flatten each biscuit with the tines of a fork moistened in cold water.
- Bake app 12 mins until beginning to crisp on sides and top. Cool on cookie sheet.
