  • Serves 4 - Cooking Time 45 Minutes
  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 jar VH Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooking spray
  • Toss first 3 ingredients in a bowl and marinate 1 hour in the fridge
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place wings on baking sheet with cooking spray
  • Bake 45 minutes, basting twice
