Features

- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 Tsp Water
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast - cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 Jar VH {Pineapple Cooking Sauce)
- Mix eggs, flour, water, corn starch and sat in a bowl
- Coat Chicken Pieces with batter and fry in vegetable oil at 375 F until golden brown - drain well
- Bring VH Sauce to a boil and pour over fried chicken
