  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 Tsp Water
  • 1 Tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast - cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Jar VH {Pineapple Cooking Sauce)
  • Mix eggs, flour, water, corn starch and sat in a bowl
  • Coat Chicken Pieces with batter and fry in vegetable oil at 375 F until golden brown - drain well
  • Bring VH Sauce to a boil and pour over fried chicken
